Definitely the best pizza in Wiesloch.

An actually nice evening for three ended negatively, because the side salad was counted as a main course in the "2 for 1" campaign of the Schlemmerblock instead of deducting the cheaper of our actual main courses from the price. The head of the restaurant serving us also refused to take note of the unequivocal passage "No main courses in the sense of the Schlemmerblock rules are ... side salads" and instead accused us of ignorance of the rules. He then adjusted the invoice - without acknowledging his mistake - but customer orientation and friendliness look different. In view of three large drinks and the generously estimated tip, it would not have been a bad deal if we had been treated correctly, a shame.

No second visit the pizza was ok but the bolognese was sour and the meat had a strange smell and couldn't finish my plate

no recommendation the pizza was too salty and also slack and not baked properly. The waiter inattentive and quickly annoyed with questions, all in all not to be recommended. This is not how I imagine gastronomy and service :-(

We became aware of the restaurant through the gourmet block. A nice place with delicious Italian food. The staff is very polite and helpful. Price performance is good. We will definitely come more often now.

We were there for the second time at Il Castello and are very excited. The service staff are very friendly and always keep track of things. Although there was a lot going on this Sunday, we did not have to wait long for our drink or food. Excellent! We will be back.

Nice spot for dinner. The pizza tasted great and sitting outside by the fountain made for a nice relaxing evening.

A simple eatery, but if you like pizza, this is right. The wine selection is small and not very exquisite for a wine village, so it is better advised to give it up. But nice to sit on the large square in Wiesloch because there's not so much local where you can sit outside without sitting directly on a street.

Had "Fegato Veneziana" - very tender pieces of liver in red wine / roasted onion sauce. The roasted onions were nicely steamed glassy, ​​not crisp. I like this. In addition there was a large champignon stuffed with vegetables, oven vegetables (peppers and zucchini) and steamed potato wedges. In total - very tasty, nothing to complain about. A pizza Calabrese my partner was unspectacular, delicious and well occupied. The hot pepper oil was pleasantly hot, but not too heavy (I was allowed to try both). Mille grazie for a nice evening!

Very tasty salads and pizzas. Service (including the boss personally) very bad and rude. Forget water, no demand if anything is desired, no information on existing spirits, order is then simply not recorded. We just order and pick up the food.

We were 21h for two da.Das restaurant has to 22h geöffnet.Wir just wanted 1Bier u.1Kaffee with warmed Strudel.Zum strudel no napkin was served. I had before 2years when I afternoons as a better impression of the service. Maybe it was the Lord inopportune at this late hour to 21h, the Wiesloch is still guests bekommen.Schade as a village that you have to go to Heidelberg to be still comfortably enjoy the evening.
